Who Am I?

Owning Your Story and Your Voice

There’s a moment in life when the questions get louder than the answers.

Who am I, really?

Where did I lose myself?

When did I stop speaking in my own voice?

For many of us, especially in the LGBTQ+ community, those questions don’t come with easy answers. We’ve learned to edit ourselves to fit in, to be acceptable, to stay safe. We’ve worn masks, muted our truths, and twisted our stories to survive. But survival isn’t the same as living. And it’s certainly not thriving.

As a life coach, I hold space for people who are ready to come home to themselves. Not the version of you the world expected, but the raw, beautiful, powerful truth of who you really are. And that begins with owning your story.

Owning Your Story Means Telling the Truth

Not the polished version. Not the one you rehearse to make others comfortable.

I mean the honest, cracked-open truth. The story of your becoming.

You get to tell it in your own words. You get to reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve been told were too much, too messy, too emotional, too “different.”

Because the truth is, your story is your strength.

Your Voice is Sacred

Maybe you’ve spent years silencing your inner knowing, following someone else’s path, people-pleasing, performing. Maybe you’ve been told your voice doesn’t matter.

Let me tell you now: it does. You matter. Your voice is how you make sense of the world, how you create connection, how you create change.

And when you speak from your truth? That’s when healing happens. That’s when community forms. That’s when your life begins to align with who you really are.

This is the Work

Coaching isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about uncovering you.

It’s a space where you get to be fully seen, heard, and supported as you remember who you are, and begin living from that place every day. It’s about helping you stand in your power, make decisions that reflect your truth, and trust your inner voice again.

You Are the Author Now

You can rewrite your story anytime. You are not too late, too broken, or too lost. You are wise. You are worthy. And your next chapter can be one of joy, clarity, connection, and courage.

So, who are you?

That’s the question we explore together.

And I promise you, your answer will change everything.

If you’re ready to own your story and take that first step toward living in your truth, I’d love to walk alongside you. Let’s begin your journey back to you. 💛
